United Way 18th Day Of Caring Pacesetters Participated In The Charity

Friday, April 20th - Day of Caring Event. There will be a kick off rally at
Bishop State's Main Campus Yvonne Kennedy Auditorium at 7:30am volunteer teams that attend. Had a quick kick off celebration with a lite breakfast provided. From there each team will head to their assignments this year for Pacesetters it was at Goodwill Easter Seals!

Nationwide Ride For Justice For Trayvon Martin in Mobile, AL


On Sunday, April 8, 2012, motorcyclists; clubs and independents, will be conducting a “Nationwide Motorcycle Ride for Trayvon Martin” in different cities and states across the country.
Some of the cities and states participated in this ride are:
• Baltimore, Cambridge, Easton, Hanover, Largo and White Marsh, MD
• Biloxi and Jackson, MS
• Birmingham, Daleville, Dothan, Headland, Montgomery and Mobile, AL

• Enterprise and Thomaston, GA
• Geneva, Harlem, Middletown, Queens and Yonkers, NY

"Set The Pace" Aids Awareness Campaign, Picnic & Charity Ride






The event was for the entire family. Making a stance against a growing number of HIV/AIDS case in our own backyard and throughout the south. Campaign to save and/or educate one person. The ultimate goal of the campaign was to save as many lives as possible to this growing epidemic and we need your help with this mission. We had the United States Navy, South Alabama Cares, and The Elite Chapter of the Mobile Kappa League, Triple B MC, Ebony Pearls SC, Justuz Ladies MC, Sophisticated Ladies SC & All Throttle MC and Life South Community Blood Center whom all were on site to support this campaign and raise awareness. Life South was onsite held a blood. Free Food & beverages was provided to everyone who all attended thanks to Triple B MC, Ebony Pearls SC, Justuz Ladies MC, Sophisticated Ladies SC, All Throttle MC, Pacesetters MC and as well as a portion from sponsors!!! We had Voter Registration on hand for Obama/Biden 2012 campaign as well. To the host of participants, sponsors mention and the other sponsors not mention we would like to thank all of you, for if not for your time invested and your generous contributions this campaign would not be possible!!!!  Also like to thank the community of Mobile County for coming out!!!!  Thank You! Thank You!!!
